SUMMARY ONLY

A lifelong tobacco executive/lawyer with Brown & Williamson and British-American Tobacco (UK). In the earliers years he was the Solicitor for BAT. Later he shifted to the USA and became Chairman and CEO of B&W in Louisville, KY.

In 1998 he apparently had a bout of conscience because he admitted that the tobacco industry didn't do enough to stop children smoking (See Bates 2077318961)
