Philip Morris Europe (PM EEC) second-level division manager in the Corporate Affairs division. He runs the company's European headquarters.

PRELIMINARY MATERIAL ONLY

1990 Oct 1: He is EEC HQ Personnel Department head. During the 1990 restructuring of the company, he issues the announcement that Philip Morris EEC's Corporate Affairs headquarters will relocated from Lausanne to Brussels. Walter Thoma is in charge.

They have created a faux-company/division to be called Philip Morris Corporate Services Inc. It is headed by Michael Horst (who still retains his PM EEC position and reports to Walter Thoma). This new company has as the second-level managment staff. Ian Sargeant, Reudiger May, Paul Maglione and Jacques Constant.
