Henry J Oechler
A tobacco lawyer who worked through the New York law firm Chadbourne & Parks, which did work mainly for the American Tobacco Company.
He was involved in the tort-reform activities of the tobacco industry, and in 1998 he was representing British-American Tobacco in a law suit.
